The Rainbow Reading Collective was formed in response to the growing literacy crisis facing our nation. In the two years since our founding, we have seen significant and consistent progress with students who regularly attend tutoring sessions twice a week after school. Without exception, our readers have become more independent, more self-motivated, and more confident in their newfound skills. Many have already broken the code and are continuing the program to solidify their spelling skills.

We are now ready to extend our services to a broader community and reach out to more students!

She volunteers at the Broadacres Campus to oversee the tutoring program and to maintain the learning environment. Her extensive experience in teaching reading allows her to observe a child and devise the best strategy for supporting their progress. She provides a thorough training for our Rainbow Reading Collective tutors so that they can implement the Reading Program and the Montessori philosophy.
